*Please make your reservation through the reservation form by 6:00 p.m. the day before the day of use.
*For your safety, please wear a helmet when using a rental bicycle. Helmets are available for free rental.
*Please call us for reservations the day before or on the day.
* Reception is open from 8:00am to 11:00pm. TEL: 0796-32-4870 (Koyado En)

*The number of rental bicycles is limited, so we recommend making your reservation early.
*We do not provide delivery of rental bicycles.
* Generally, there is no cancellation fee, but please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to cancel.
*If you cancel after your scheduled arrival time or without notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee (actual cost).
