Koyado En's Commitment
At Koyado En, we purchase the ultimate premium Tajima beef, "Tajimaguro", from Ueda Livestock in Muraoka, Kami-machi, which produces champion cattle at numerous exhibitions. Raised with love for the feed, environment and breeding methods, Tajimaguro has an exquisite taste that sets it apart from other cattle. To ensure consistency in taste, all of our cattle are made with Tajimaguro. In addition, the restaurant where we dine is open to elementary school students and above only for dinner, so you can enjoy your meal at your own pace.

Recommended Dinner Menu
At Koyado En, you can enjoy Tajimagen through a variety of courses and a la carte dishes, but the most recommended is the Tajimagen Irori-yaki course. It is a luxurious course where you can compare three types of meat, including loin and two types of lean meat. You can enjoy the difference in the flavor of each cut. And above all, it is one of the features of this course that uses the most local ingredients. Tajimagen is best when the meat is grilled over local charcoal and eaten with wasabi from Kannabe and salt from Takenohama.
Another recommended course is the Tajimagen Double Steak Course. This is an irresistible dish for meat lovers, where you can enjoy two types of steak, specially selected loin and lean meat. The exquisite steak, prepared by a chef with a background in French cuisine, is truly a blissful taste. Dinner is also available to the general public if there are vacant seats. Reservations are given priority, so please make a reservation.

At Koyado En, we are particular about not only Tajima beef, but also wine and other drinks. Tajimagen, where you can enjoy delicious wine and alcohol, is truly exquisite. Our staff will suggest wine, alcohol, and soft drinks that suit your tastes, so you can enjoy the best pairing with Tajima beef.
Lunch Information
It is not uncommon for guests who have dinner at Tajimagen the night before to also return for lunch the following day.
Lunch is available to the general public, not just hotel guests. Many set menus are available, including the Tajima beef steak set. One of the most recommended is the Tajima Gen cutlet set. A delicious red cut of beef is changed daily and served as a cutlet. The cutlet is cooked rare, with a crispy batter and flavorful Tajima Gen meat inside. You can enjoy different flavors by adding different condiments, such as salt, mustard, and demi-glace sauce. There are only 20 servings, so please come before they sell out. Please note that we do not accept reservations during lunch time.

Bicycle rental information
Koyado En also offers bicycle rentals. Why not enjoy a bike ride before or after your meal to the nearby Genbudo Cave and the Sea of Japan, which are just 15 to 30 minutes away?
You may also be able to see storks, a protected species of bird. If you would like to see one, please ask the staff. Electrically assisted bicycles are also available, so even those who are not confident in their physical strength can enjoy cycling with peace of mind. Bicycle rentals are available for up to four hours, starting from 1,650 yen.
